JACKSON CROCKETT reciprocating granulators are extensively used by leading Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Food manufacturers worldwide. The complete range is available to manage small batches of material in Research and Development Laboratories to medium and large production runs. The specially designed gearbox ensures no contamination of oil within the production area.

All machines are suitable for Damp or Dry Granulation and the method employed gives mesh a long life cycle. The mesh tensioning devise ensures granulation efficiency. All machines are available with either caster mounting or fixed machine mounts. Flameproof electrics can be supplied for use in hazardous conditions. An electric motor control gear is also available. All hoppers are fitted with safety switches and guards for operator’s safety and are compliant with Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).
